Shipping Policy
Effective date: August 11, 2026
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Customers will receive an order-confirmation email after an order is placed and a shipping-confirmation email when the order has been fulfilled and prepared for shipment.
During product launches, holidays, promotions, periods of unusually high order volume, or other circumstances affecting fulfillment, processing may take longer than usual. If a significant delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time unless otherwise stated during checkout.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
NishaCo currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Certain destinations or address types may be unavailable depending on the shipping services offered at checkout.

Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Any free-shipping threshold or promotional shipping offer will be shown at checkout and may be subject to additional terms.
Shipping methods, rates, and promotional thresholds may be updated from time to time before an order is placed.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery or transit times displayed at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Estimated transit time begins after the order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier unless the checkout estimate expressly states otherwise.
Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, service disruptions, peak shipping periods, and other circumstances outside NishaCo’s reasonable control may affect delivery.
NishaCo does not guarantee delivery on a specific date unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
TRACKING
When tracking information is available, it will be included in the shipping-confirmation email or order-status information provided to you.
Tracking information may take time to become active after the carrier receives or scans the package.
Carrier tracking information is provided by the carrier and may not update in real time.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
NishaCo is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, service interruptions, transportation disruptions, and other events outside NishaCo’s reasonable control may affect delivery.
If tracking appears delayed or stops updating, please allow reasonable time for the carrier to update its tracking information.
You may contact us if you need assistance reviewing the status of your shipment.
LOST, DAMAGED, INCOMPLETE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

A description of the issue

Clear photographs of the product

Clear photographs of the shipping packaging
Keep the product and all original packaging until we have reviewed the issue and provided instructions.
We will review the information and determine the appropriate next step, which may include a replacement, refund, or another reasonable resolution consistent with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If carrier tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:

Check the delivery area around your address

Check with household members

Check with nearby neighbors when appropriate

Review any delivery photograph or carrier notes

Contact the shipping carrier if necessary
If the package still cannot be located, contact us at support@nishaco.com.
We will review the available tracking information and help determine the appropriate next step.
A carrier’s “delivered” status does not automatically determine the outcome of every claim. Resolution will depend on the circumstances, available tracking information, and applicable carrier procedures and law.
RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If an order is returned to NishaCo because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, unsuccessful delivery, or another customer-related delivery issue, we will contact you when appropriate.
The customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs before the order is resent, except where the issue resulted from a NishaCo error or where otherwise required by applicable law.
If an order cannot reasonably be resent, we may provide an appropriate refund in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy, less nonrefundable shipping costs where permitted.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is not currently available unless it is specifically offered during checkout or arranged through an approved NishaCo sales event.
Please do not arrive at a NishaCo business or fulfillment location for pickup unless pickup has been specifically confirmed.
RETURNS
Shipping-related returns, damaged products, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are also subject to the NishaCo Returns and Refunds Policy.
